What is Toddyi?
Toddyi is an all-in-one productivity and goal management tool that integrates task management, a habit tracker, the Eisenhower Matrix, calendar coordination, a Pomodoro timer, and a target date countdown.
How do I get started?
Sign up on the official website https://toddyi.love using Google OAuth or your email address. It runs entirely in your web browser (latest Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox recommended), so no local installation is needed.
What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?
The Free plan has limits on active tasks (up to 30) and habits. Upgrading to the Pro plan grants you unlimited tasks, unlimited habits, and full access to all features.
How does the Habit Tracker work?
You register goals you want to maintain daily or weekly as habits. When you check in, the app automatically tracks your streaks and visualizes your success rates with charts to help you stay motivated.
What is the Eisenhower Matrix?
It is a priority management framework that categorizes tasks into four quadrants based on urgency and importance: Do, Plan, Delegate, and Eliminate. You can prioritize tasks easily by dragging and dropping them between quadrants.
How does the Pomodoro Timer connect to tasks?
Pomodoro is a time management method that alternates 25 minutes of focus and 5 minutes of rest. If you select a specific task before starting the timer, the app will log the cumulative focus hours spent on that task.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Billing is processed securely via Stripe. You can upgrade, change payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription at any time by opening the Stripe Customer Portal from the 'Plan & Billing' page inside the app.
